I thank the Minister for her response. I am grateful to the noble Earl, Lord Howe, for pointing out the difficulty, which I had not spotted. It needs to be sorted out, so I am extremely grateful to the Minister for saying that she will take the Bill away and look at it. Given the assurances that there is nothing to stop the LINks getting together and using the money they get from the hosts to pay subscriptions, or whatever, I am enormously grateful and reassured.
