This enables me to raise a small point in Clause 32(7), which says that an exception, "““does not prevent the making of a deportation order””."
I wonder what the point is of having the exceptions; in particular exceptions about mental health. Is it proposed that this country should deport people suffering mental illness to other countries with little or no mental health care provision?
