I think that the Minister questioned what I said about the allegation then being reheard. I draw her attention to page 127 and new Section 57B, which is headed, ““Right to request review of decision not to act””. New Section 57B(2) states: "““The person who made the allegation may make a request to the standards committee … concerned for that decision to be reviewed””."
That means that it will be a second hearing.
