X-raying anyone is an easy way to assess people, but you can jump to conclusions by taking the easy way. There is evidence that X-rays of teeth are unreliable for showing age because the environment, nutrition, ethnicity and race affect the result. It would be unfair, as well as unreliable and uncertain, to accept this criteria. Some years ago, just after the Ethiopian famine, I met with some of the survivors and I held some of the young babies in my arms. They were so different from children in the United Kingdom.
