Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Bill

I was just considering the relationship of these clauses with later clauses, such as Clause 8 which refers to the power of the Boundary Commission. I will consider what the noble Baroness has said and perhaps come back at the next stage if I feel that there is a potential conflict between the powers of the Boundary Commission and the powers kept by the Secretary of State.
