(2) In section 63(2) (interpretation of Part 4: family proceedings), after paragraph (b), insert— ““(ba) Part 4A;””. (3) In section 65 (rules, regulations and orders)— (a) in subsection (3) after ““5(8)”” insert ““, 63N””; and (b) in subsection (4) after ““5(8)”” insert ““or 63N””.
