moved Amendment No. 56: 56: Clause 22, page 23, line 46, leave out from ““health”” to end of line 47 The noble Baroness said: The amendment relates to the general health determinants that are used to judge health inequalities. We are concerned with the possible discriminatory effect of the wording, "““and any other matters of personal behaviour or lifestyle””." There is certain justification for the other determinants and the wording, but this one could be misinterpreted and it might be helpful to have an explanation from the Minister. I beg to move.
