I did make an error. The amendment refers to, "““the minimum number of electors entitled to vote””."
The noble Lord is correct; I did not say that. I shall stick to what is in the amendment, which is, "““10 per cent of the number of electors who voted””."
I cannot recall the number of votes, but I should think they were in the hundreds of thousands.
