Just as the decision to go to the Information Tribunal was taken without consulting the House of Commons as a whole, may I tell the hon. Gentleman that I am unaware of the parliamentary Labour party being consulted by the Government in any way in respect of whether or not they should take a neutral line? Perhaps he will bear that point in mind too.
