If all that is true, why does the job description of the chief executive of the personal accounts delivery authority, which the Minister kindly sent to me, say that part of the chief executive’s role is to"““Turn a strategic vision into a successful initiative?"
and to"““Help evolve the business to meet its strategic objectives.?"
Where is he to find that strategy?
