My Lords, the other matter, which takes us back to an earlier amendment, is that job centres must tell people about the low-income scheme, particularly those on the contributory strand, who may be only marginally better off than those on the income-based strand. They should be told that this is available so that everybody knows about the low-income scheme.
Again, I am glad to welcome the review and I hope that there will be a report to Parliament so that we can see its result. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
