However, although the point looks extremely complicated, it is in fact very simple. It may have occurred to the Government that we are rather opposed to the idea of these serious crime prevention orders, especially when they are imposed by the High Court in the circumstances set out in the Bill. I have decided that I am not going to use the words ““house arrest”” any more, because the noble Baroness has—
