Will the Minister in her reply undertake to deal with the provisions in Clause 5(7), which, on several readings, I find extremely confusing? Incidentally—and this is important in the light of our earlier discussions—that subsection includes provision conferring discretion on law enforcement officers to impose ““prohibitions, restrictions or requirements””. Law enforcement officers are defined to include, for example, "““a member of the Serious Fraud Office””."
