For the avoidance of doubt, does ““healthcare professionals”” mean anyone other than doctors, medical practitioners, nurses, psychiatric nurses and, I suppose, consultants? Our briefing says ““and other professionals””, but thatmay not be right. Are we talking about just those categories?
