Welfare Reform Bill

I am sure we all understand that now. However, should the assessment be completed early, there would still be a waiting period before the due benefit was paid. I certainly accept the suggestion of the noble Lord, Lord Oakeshott, that the Minister should write to us on this and I am grateful for the Minister’s agreement to do so.
