I accept that that could well be the way forward. Before the proceedings finish in this Chamber, I would like to have some notion of what these policy statements might contain. I would find that extremely helpful. As with most amendments throughout the day, the noble Baroness has responded in a way which, to some extent, lifts one’s spirits. I shall therefore not give her an opportunity of intervening again but very quietly beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
