Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Bill

I thank the Minister for that explanation and for clearing that up. We feared that the flying squad was going to have a totally different connotation in relation to the police in Northern Ireland or that the police were going to recruit Superman, who would fly along and knock on the cockpit window. Although we have reservations about parts of the Bill, we will support it if it is pushed to a vote. Question put, That the Bill be now read the Third time:— The House divided: Ayes 314, Noes 45.
