Fraud (Trials without a Jury) Bill

That is a very sound observation, and I was pleased to add my name to that amendment drafted by the hon. and learned Gentleman. I shall not oppose Government amendment No. 1, but I shall certainly not go into the Lobby in support of it. I am against the Bill, and I do not wish to be associated with it in a positive way in any Division connected with enacting it.
