Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill

I simply wish to ask whether the noble Lord has actually ever heard a judge summing up before a jury in a case of manslaughter. He has to define gross negligence and he usually does it by saying, ““far below the standard which you would expect””.
