Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill

We generally agree with that point, hence our caution. As I said, this is a developing area of law and has been for some time. That is commonly understood. Noble Lords will want to think about what I have put on the record. I am sure that they will not want to press their amendments today, in the knowledge that we will give further, broader and careful consideration before Report to some of the issues that have been valuably raised.
