Before he completes his contribution and proceeds to support the Bill without any hesitation, may I ask him, as the Member representing South Staffordshire—a constituency in England, obviously—whether he is content for the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission to have the power to call for someone in his constituency"““(a) to provide information in his possession,""(b) to produce documents in his possession, or""(c) to give oral evidence””?"
Is he content with those powers, which will affect his constituency?
