I do not know why the Minister is shaking his head in dismissal. The Attorney did make remarks, and they were publicised, so I do not understand why the Minister is making a dismissive sign towards me or towards somebody else. This is a serious debate. I have been listening with interest to what he has to say, and I treat his remarks with respect. My question is a simple one: when the Attorney made his remarks, was he reflecting Government policy?
