Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill

I have listened to what my right hon. Friend says and if he wants to call a vote, I shall accede to his request. I had hoped that, in the spirit of compromise and discussion that has existed throughout the consideration of the Bill, we would be able to look at this issue to see whether there is another way forward as the Bill goes to another place. However, if he says that we should have a vote, so be it. Question put, That the amendment be made:— The House divided: Ayes 168, Noes 288.
