Will my hon. Friend give particular thanks for the work done by John Hipkin? John was one of my constituents when I was a councillor in Newcastle city council. He worked tirelessly on this issue, and was tenacious not only in his campaign but in gaining publicity for it. I hope that my hon. Friend will recognise the work that John has done.
