I thank the noble Duke, the Duke of Montrose, for highlighting a problem that sometimes creates great divisions between neighbours. When a much-loved cat seems to prefer the people next door, it can be very offensive. I thank the Minister for clarifying the position. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
