Animal Welfare Bill

I am grateful to the Minister for his explanation. It is very interesting to realise that the Government at one time considered some of the factors that we have tried to replace. We may want to look again at what the Minister said and the reasons he gave for not going down that line. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
