I thank the Minister for his reply. I say to the noble Countess that I had no intention of bringing farm animals within the remit of this amendment. I shall read carefully what the Minister said. I think I understand which parts of his reply are yes and which are no but I shall need to check that in Hansard. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
