Would my noble friend be willing to give way for just a moment? I do not really accept his basic tenet, because I personally would not wish to see any animal performing in a circus. In making his remarks, he should bear in mind that no animal trainer who has published his autobiography has done other than admit, quite frankly, that the training necessarily has to be done cruelly.
