Perhaps I may seek clarification from the Minister. My noble friend the Duke of Montrose made reference earlier to the question of dumping foxes in the countryside. This is a real issue which I wish to put to the Minister, because in my part of the world, in North Yorkshire, we have had many—anecdotal, admittedly—cases where urban foxes have been gathered up, put into some mode of transport, a truck or whatever, and then dumped unceremoniously in the countryside, where quite clearly they are unable to cope because it is an environment that is completely alien to them. Is the Minister saying that that would be an illegal act under the Bill? If it is not, I am minded to bring an amendment at the next stage of the Bill to cover that point.
