In speaking to Amendment No. 3 in this group, I will add to the examples of where it is difficult to be sure of the meaning of the definition. What about New Forest ponies and other animals that are essentially kept wild? Are the Soay sheep wild or domestic? What about the sheep that wander into that village in the West Country? Or is it goats? The noble Baroness will know better than I do.
