I have given notice of my intention to oppose the Question that Clause 31 stand part of the Bill, but, in the past few days, through the good offices of the Minister and the hard work of a gentleman named John Batley who is from the Gun Trade Association and connected with the British Shooting Sports Council, I have been led to believe that the Minister is prepared to give us some good news. I shall sit down immediately and allow him to address the matter.
