I am grateful to the Minister for his response. I am pretty disappointed with what he has come up with, as he probably knew I would be. By the amount of paperwork banging its way backwards and forwards from the officials’ Box to the noble Lord, I think that I should read very carefully in Hansard what he said. I shall most definitely bring this matter back for his attention at a later stage but, in the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
