Police and Justice Bill

Proceeding contribution from Joan Ryan (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 10 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bills on Police and Justice Bill.
The right hon. and learned Gentleman voices the deep distrust that we see in the new clause, and that is an astonishing position for the Conservative party to adopt. Returning to the list, we have added Australia, Canada and New Zealand, which do not require prima facie evidence, and the US, which the Opposition seek to remove.
