I take that advice.
Clause 8(2)(c) calls for the animal
"““to be able to exhibit normal behaviour patterns””."
Does that mean that an inspector could object to the extreme use of an electric shock collar on an animal and issue an improvement notice to prevent that? Is that clarified in the Bill?
