I am grateful for that explanation. There is clearly a difference between buying in software and putting the whole thing out to another organisation. We have recently had, in a different sort of electoral area, some bad experiences with the electoral register since the last election going to Pickfords. No doubt Pickfords does a wonderful job in all kinds of areas, but it has not done a wonderful job in maintaining the marked registers or keeping them since the last election. That is just a minor example of where such a contract was not appropriate and it has not worked. However, on the basis of the assurances that I have been given, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
