Electoral Administration Bill

I support my noble friend’s amendments. We are struggling against the background that we do not have much of a clue as to how all this will work because it has been left opaque. We are trying to get the issue hammered down in some way, and my noble friend Lord Norton has produced two excellent amendments. I hope that the Minister will agree to them.
