I make the usual comment that, if there is a Division in the Chamber while we are sitting, the Committee will adjourn as soon as the Division Bell rings. Normally, the Committee would resume after 10 minutes, but there is a high attendance today in the Chamber so, if we break for a Division, we shall break for 15 minutes. I have been asked whether participants might try to be here within 15 minutes and not be trapped in the Chamber.
