We would argue that the term ““relevant persons”” of course includes all those who live in the country but may also include those who do not live in the country but work there. There are probably more people than we sometimes acknowledge who live in towns and cities and go to work in the country. They must be included under any commission that is worth its while. But we will of course look at this again. I have finished my remarks and again thank all noble Lords who have taken part in this outstanding debate.
