I rise because the Minister has raised the issue of the final disposal of the site. On the total funding involved, if there is a possibility that the cost is greater than the original estimate, the value at which the sites are disposed of might be very influential on whether there is an overall deficit. Although it might be highly desirable to dispose of the sites at less than their obvious realisable value, if there is a financial deficit to make up the opposite might apply. Will the Minister say a bit more about that? We want to be open about this right from the start.
