I thank the noble Lord for his reply. I understand that the tenders for services are not the responsibility of the ODA. I know that his remit extends further than that. When he goes back to the Department for Transport, I hope he will underline the fact that it would not be appropriate to renew the arrangements for the Docklands Light Railway right in the middle of the Olympic Games. It would mean a period of uncertainty not just for the management but for everyone who works for it as to whether they still have a job.
