As the Minister knows, we all keep files of cuttings from Hansard for use at later dates. That was an extremely helpful statement by him, which I am sure that I can keep in a safe place for use if it were ever decided that the Treasury wished to extend beyond what most normal people might have thought was covered by the 2 December Statement. On that basis, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
