I am grateful to all those who have taken part in this debate and supported my gentle little argument with the Minister, who has given a somewhat disappointing but, nonetheless, not impossible reply, for which I am very grateful. At least he said that he will look at it. We will have to study what he has said and then see what the results of that study may be to find out whether we need to take the matter more seriously in future. However, for now, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
