The noble Lord said: My Lords, I appreciate what has been said, but I did not have the opportunity to say so when the noble Baroness’s predecessor was in the Chair, on the contributions made in support of some of the principles of the amendment. The points that were made on Amendments Nos. 32 and 33 on temporary arrangements were not put in quite the way that I would have wished. I shall not move the amendment.
