I support what the noble Baroness, Lady Turner of Camden, said about unaccompanied children. We will come back to that, under the heading of trafficking, in my Amendment No. 73. All I wish to say now is that at least three government departments are concerned with this matter—the Home Office, the Department for Education and Skills and the Department of Health—as well as local authorities whose duty it is to provide the required protection on the ground. I would be most grateful if the Minister would take back with her the need for real joined-up government and co-operative working.
