Does the noble Baroness not agree that her code may be excellent as a code but the letter, the repeat letter and the letter after that will all be generated by machines and no human thought will be given to it? This is not like interviewing codes under PACE; this is a system like the congestion charge where a machine churns out a document and the consequences follow from that.
