Compensation Bill [HL]

I am grateful to the Minister. It is apparent, for instance from what the noble Viscount, Lord Eccles, said, that there is not unanimous agreement about whether the law should remain as it is or be changed. I am happy to agree with the Minister that we should not change the law. But of course I entirely accept that we should try to make people realise that the compensation problem is perhaps not as great as they thought. The noble Earl, Lord Erroll, said that a scuba diving group had cancelled its trip to the Middle East.
