I am grateful and, indeed, I would see that if I found that the language of Clause 14 made that clear. But I do not think it does, does it? There is no reference to specific consent in relation to one application for information.
I do not want to prolong the discussion, but the Minister might just have a look at that. I think it needs a bit more drafting. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
