The noble Lord said: I can move this very quickly. It is a self-explanatory amendment, which is rare. Simply, if someone who has given consent to our favourite supermarket to access our data gets fed up with that supermarket and withdraws consent, will that do the trick and bring the rights to an end? If not, my amendment is necessary. I beg to move.
