Identity Cards Bill

I wish to make it clear that we have consulted the Scottish Executive. There is nothing between us; they are perfectly content with how we have done this. It works, and I thank the noble Baroness for saying, with such alacrity, that she did not want the amendment. I respectfully agree with her.
