Identity Cards Bill

My Amendment No. 146 is a modest, probing amendment. It has been degrouped and therefore I can explain it briefly. It would give a United Kingdom citizen the right to return or destroy any identity card issued to him in those cases where he is not required to be registered but is issued with an ID card.
